Swatch and Review: SinfulColors Tricked Out Top Coats (Halloween 2014)

Happy Hump Day and Hallo-week, everybody!

I have for you four of the glitter toppers from SinfulColors' fall collection, which are perfect for Halloween!

See what all these toppers truly look like in bold color after the jump!

First up is Splatter Spell, a glitter top coat featuring a mix of orange and black microglitter and shred glitter. This is unlike anything I have in my collection and looks AMAZING over SinfulColors Pink, as shown above. I used two coats of Splatter Spell.

Next is Cauldron Couture, an explosion of black and green microglitter and shredded glitter. It's definitely the green sister of Splatter Spell. Two coats of Cauldron Couture were layered over SinfulColors Black on Black.

This is my hands down favorite of the collection, Mystery Moonshine layered over SinfulColors Strapped (matte kelly green). Mystery Moonshine is honestly Mardi Gras in a bottle, with shreds and microglitter in orange, green, and purple. The above is with two coats.

My only complaint about this topper is that the glitter is kind of sparse and I had to fish around for it, but it was worth it!

Last, but certainly not least, is Pumpkin Spice. Pumpkin Spice is a glitter storm of gold and copper microglitter. Here, I layered it over SinfulColors Get it On, which is normally a matte red. But I LOVED this combination. And I only needed one coat of Pumpkin Spice to get THIS MUCH sparkle!

This collection is available at your local Walgreens and Target for $1.99 a bottle. Mystery Moonshine was my favorite by far, though I'd highly recommend Cauldron Couture and Splatter Spell, too. Pumpkin Spice was pretty, but pretty ordinary for me. Even though these toppers sometimes take a little effort to get all the glitter out, I think they're a great value for $1.99!
