Palm Beach Sunset
Hello, everyone! I'm back!
So sorry I've been away for awhile. My new internship, while awesome, is keeping me crazy busy and my sister's bat-mitzvah just passed. You can only imagine the stress in the run-up to that!
Today, I'm returning with a Sunset Beach. I used Zoya Pippa, Lianne, and Elisa for the gradient, with Zoya Raven for the palm trees.
Originally, I didn't use Zoya Elisa. But I thought the nails needed some extra pop.
But man oh man, was this a hit! And surprisingly, it was incredibly easy to remove!
What do you think of my Palm Beach Sunset nails?

Zoya Saran Wrap Nails
Hello, everyone! I have finally jumped aboard the Saran Wrap nail art train!
And I honestly have to say... why on EARTH have I not done this before? No. Seriously. Why not? This was one of the easiest things on the planet and was a hit with everyone at work.
My base color is Zoya Miley, a milky lavender creme, and my top color is Zoya Song, a sapphire blue with subtle shimmer.
If you're a newbie to Saran Wrap nails, the process is pretty simple. Apply whatever base color you want as though it were a regular manicure and let it dry completely.
Once dry, crumple up a sheet of plastic wrap so that it's nice and crunchy. Apply one coat of your top color to one nail, immediately press the crumpled wrap to the wet nail, and then, pull it off. Repeat this with each nail. Work quickly to get the best effect.
Then, voila! Saran wrap nails!
What do you think of this quick and easy nail art? I love how much contrast there was between shades!

Black and White and Red All Over Floral Nails
Hey, everyone! I'm kicking off the work week with a little bit of nail art in this short, but sweet post. It's what I wore for most of my first week of work at the end of last month.
I wanted to wear red and this just kind of snowballed from there! For the base, I used OPI Big Apple Red.
I tried a little something different with the flowers, more on the artsy and abstract side. What do you think?

Swatch and Review: Orly Miss Conduct
Happy Hump Day!
Sorry my posts have been somewhat inconsistent. I am now officially at my summer internship and our office is crazy busy all the time. I have to say I am so grateful for this job because I never thought, even though I love law, I'd ever be in the position as a lawyer to wake up every morning and be excited to go to work. The old saying "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life" never appeared to apply to lawyers. But I can safely say that I roll out of bed every morning and can't wait to get into the office. It's a wonderful feeling.
I also knew it was going to be a good job when my boss was wearing lime green polish on her tips and toes. Good omen, right?
Today, I'm bringing you some Hump Day Holo in the form of Orly Miss Conduct!
Orly Miss Conduct is a magenta linear holo nail polish. It has some major pop to it and is opaque in two thin coats. The first time I wore it, I honestly got away with one!
Drool-worthy, I'd say so! What do you think of Orly Miss Conduct? I just love the name, too!
